ALWAYS EVOLVING
OUR STORY
Streamline began in 2005 as a partnership when Sean Farley, who built a successful lawn maintenance business from the ground up during high-school joined forces with Blue Verge, a former Golf Course Superintendent with a deep background in horticulture. In 2008, they made the decision to sell the maintenance division in order to specialize entirely in irrigation and landscape construction.
The vision continued to expand, and in 2011, Tyler Marvin joined the team as a co-op student before becoming our lead designer, transforming Streamline into a full-service design-build firm. Today, our leadership is supported by key veterans: Joey Forgie, known for his customer-first attitude in irrigation; Jay Dekker, who holds a high standard for quality and detail in construction; and our dedicated field technicians who bring every project to life.
We believe we are local leaders in the Brant County landscape industry, yet we remain committed to the idea that we haven't reached our full potential. From servicing over 500 irrigation systems to managing large-scale custom builds, our goal remains the same: to constantly improve our products, our processes, and our people. We aren't just building landscapes; we are building a lasting investment for our neighbors, driven by a team that is always evolving.
